Broker Referrals

The Marranos Broker Referral Program* is open to all current and active licensed real estate agents and brokers: Referral of 6% of the gross total rent on the 6+ month initial lease term or a $200 flat rate on the 3-5-month initial lease term; gross total rent includes base rent plus any additional items. Prices and terms are subject to change at any time without notice. This offer is available at all The Marranos Apartment Communities in California. Referral opportunity requires you walk-in with your client(s) (referred party) on their first visit and introduce yourself and your client(s) to each The Marranos Apartment Community you are visiting; unaccompanied referrals receive a $200 flat rate. 

No referral fee will be paid when agent/broker is acting as principal/tenant. No referral fee will be paid when the referred party is a current or previous The Marranos Apartment Community tenant(s), or when referred party has visited or contacted The Marranos Apartment Community prior. 

PLEASE NOTE: client(s) first interaction (including web inquires) with The Marranos Apartment  Communities must be via your personal introduction. The referred party may not have lived in a The Marranos Apartment  Community property within the past 7 years. Additionally, the referred party must live in the Marranos Apartment Community or The Marranos single family home rental for more than 30 days and may not be “on-notice” at the time of the referral review. Our communities are pet friendly; weight and breed restrictions apply.
